Lay the stuffed salmon fillets into a frying pan lubricated with 2 tablespoons of hot olive oil. Cook over medium heat long enough to achieve a golden sear on each side (about four minutes per side). Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan. Use a spoon to collect some melted butter and drip it over the salmon meat. Lay pre-cooked vegetables into the butter. Season the fish and vegetables with red pepper flakes. Let all components cook together in the butter for another few minutes.
