Oven Fried Parmesan Crusted Chicken Thighs - Low Carb or Traditional
INGREDIENTS
3 Pound Package of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs* 4 Large Eggs, Beaten** 1 Cup of Bread Crumbs or Almond Flour*** 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese 2 Tablespoons of McCormick's Barbecue Seasoning 1 Tablespoon of Bagel Seasoning 1 Tablespoon of Parsley Salt and Pepper to Taste *Feel free to use bone-in or skin-on thighs if you prefer. This recipe will also work with drumsticks, breasts or hindquarters. **Eggs are optional. This recipe will fly without them. ***For low carb cooking, use almond flour instead of bread crumbs. |
