Super Easy Honey Mustard Baked Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
12 Chicken Breasts or Thighs (Boneless, Skinless)
4 Tablespoons of Honey
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons of Grainy Brown Mustard
1 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
12 Chicken Breasts or Thighs (Boneless, Skinless)
4 Tablespoons of Honey
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons of Grainy Brown Mustard
1 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Rinse chicken breasts and arrange them in a 9 X 13 baking pan.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Pour sauce over the chicken. Use a rubber spatula to spread the sauce evenly over the top of each piece.
- Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated at 425 degrees.
- Test with a meat thermometer. For optimal tenderness, the internal temperature should reach 170 degrees.
